Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
½ to 2/3 cup Italian breadcrumbs
½ to 1 tsp each dried basil and parsley
1 tbsp whole milk
1 egg
1.5 tsp tomato paste
1 clove finely chopped garlic
½ small onion finely chopped
Directions:
Gently mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Form into 1-inch to 1.5 inch meatballs. Drop into boiling pasta sauce and simmer about ½ hour with lid on, stirring occasionally.
Serve over pasta – or with rice, of course! 🙂
